  2. Three One-on-One Strategy sessions with Katie and:

    1. Your HR or Talent Leader

  3. We build a report based off the analysis of your company’s data and the outcomes of the 1:1 discussions.

  4. We all meet for a 50 minute Readout & Action Plan Review session where you’ll get:

  1. What tangible deliverables will I receive?

    You’ll receive an action plan containing: executive summary of the findings from the strategy sessions, plus a custom playbook to follow for raising your engagement scores on the best issue to make an impact.

  2. What if I don’t have an engagement survey results to share?

    This package is only for a company that already has engagement survey scores. Don’t have a survey provider? We recommend 15Five!

  3. Does it matter what provider I use to administer my engagement survey?

    Nope! I am able to provide you these same results regardless of what provider you use for delivering your survey. What matters is that you can provide me with as much detail as possible from your results. Best survey results include: Summary + Top Level Results, Data segmented by Department (and any other demographics you’ve collected like tenure for example), Exact Questions + Topics asked (not just a summary category like “team dynamics”).

  4. How quickly can I get my results?

    Timing for sessions is entirely up to your schedules. Once all three strategy sessions are complete, it will take me 10 days to complete your action plan. You’ll receive the action plan during our final debrief session -- all participants attend this session.

  5. The information you’re asking for is extremely confidential, I don’t want to share all that detail.
